AI screening compares your CV, with your name, contact details and personal attributes removed, against the job's requirements. A person reviews every recommendation and makes every decision.
We keep the data of unsuccessful applicants for 12 months, or longer only if you join our talent pool. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time from your application page or by writing to grievance@company.example.
